Participants are expected to attend each week. A final in-person session will be held, where they will receive certificates of completion and publicly share their call to leadership.

Due to known or unexpected circumstances, we understand that participants may need to miss a session. There may be two absences in total. If participants exceed two absences, they may be disenrolled from the program.

It is strongly recommended that participants have access to a computer or tablet while participating in the sessions. Each week, there will be interactive segments that may be more difficult for those accessing Zoom via mobile devices.
